[Fixed] empty Folder left in Peazip

Peaizp leaves an empty folder in my %TEMP% folder called peazip-tmp. From what I read in the help.pdf, this folder is only used if I use the send-to or right-click-integration. As the portable version uses neither, I think it can safely be deleted.

OS: WinXPSP3
Peazip Version: 3.2
User: limited
