How to change icon ?

Hello. I want to know how to change icon in firefox portable. I try to change all icons in FirefoxPortable\App\AppInfo but nothing happens. Please help.

Download NSIS Portable and use it to compile FirefoxPortable.nsi

I believe the most recent FireFoxPortable is done with Unicode NSIS Portable, and you need to add the MoreInfo plug-in from the same page/topic !
