I just found this app while looking around CodePlex for XML editors, and I found that it's pretty useful. can this be made portable? I know it uses the .NET framework, but perhaps there's a workaround?

If you are using winblows, you can use notepad to edit .XML files. Otherwise, you could download notepad++
