Chrome 5 and Xmarks

Am I the only one that's been getting all sort of error messages when attempting to use Xmarks with Portable Chrome (5.0.375.86)?

I use Xmarks to sync

I use Xmarks to sync bookmarks between Firefox Portable and Chrome Portable and haven't had any error messages. What does the message say?

Unsorted Bookmarks duplication

I keep getting this "Unsorted Bookmarks" folder duplicated every once in a while (not exactly sure when this happens): is this something specific to the PortableApps version of Chrome, or is it a Xmarks Chrome bug?
