"Modify Headers" Add-on for Portable FIrefox

Good day,

I'm interested in finding out if the Portable version of Firefox can use the "Modify Headers" add-on that the regular version does. It can be found at: http://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/967.

I'm interested because I live in Canada and I'd like to access Hulu as is described in the Gizmodo article found here: http://gizmodo.com/5583762/access-hulu-from-outside-the-us-without-a-pro....
