hi guys,
I have been using Thunderbird portable and Foxit reader portable.
Problem when I tried to open directly from thunderbird as attachments.
When double click on attachments at Thunderbird email message.
It trying to download it and foxit reader portable at end unable to open it.
How to fix this issue?

What exactly are you trying to do?
It will work if you download the attachment to your desktop and then open Foxit Portable and open the pdf with it.
Having foxit open directly from inside thunderbird portable doesnt work afaik.

it would work, but the setting of the attachment association with certain tool can be done, even if the tool is on the stick itself, but unfortunately it seems to be a setting with absolute path and will not work when drive letter changed, therefore of little use.
