probably nobody knows it since such thing is not possible.
Think about it, when a software could do this, how would you communicate with it later?
So all you can do, is to set up local policy that such usb class of drives are not served perhaps, or disable single drive only, but this is not valid fr all drives then.
Some people suggested the use of glue to fill the usb connectors.

Is the safest option, not perfect, but it's the best we have ATM...
If a packet hits a pocket on a socket on a port,
