Where are the Updates...

Where do the updates go?
After recieving updates, installer kick in. Unable to install,
I'd like to know where updates went so I can copy to drive.:)

updater?

I guess you mean the updater included in the 2.0 beta 5 release?
They are in your temp folder (or in a subfolder of you temp folder).

I guessed, you would know by now they are being left behind in the 'Temporary Internet Files' (XP) folder.

Sorry, maybe I should have had a look at that while I was on it.

Thanks for the reply's, I figure it out when I ran CCleaner
-how about a CCleaner.paf- In CCleaner I seen that the IE Temp folder was larger than usual so I went to folder and spotted the updates.

CCleaner

has its own portable app installer. I use it all the time. Heck, I've been hooked on portable apps (thanks John :)) to the point that if a utility/program isn't portable ... well it had better be good for me to install it.
