[Fixed] PA.com Updater shows a window for updating apps when there isn't a internet connection

When I clicked "Check for updates" in the "Manage Apps" category, it said that there wasn't a connection detected, which was correct because at that time I didn't have the modem hooked up to the Internet. Yet when I clicked okay, the Update Portable Apps dialog box appeared. Anyone have an idea why this would be? I would figure after clicking "OK" the updater would close.
