Can someone explain to me why https://portableapps.com/tracker doesn't include the Off Topic forum?
The tracker seems to be the best way to see what has been newly posted, but having a blind spot is disconcerting and now I've lost confidence in it.
Is there any better way to see new messages?

If you want to look at off-topic, you do it manually. Off topic messages get in the way of everyone working, developing and helping other people, which is why they're in off-topic. And that's why they're specifically excluded from the tracker. I believe they have been nearly since we instituted the Off-Topic forum.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
