Portable file/history shreader

I've seen a couple out there, but I can't find them anymore.

Ie, an app that shreads files based on nsa settings(would be nice if it would wack folders too) and also, something to erase windows history tracks. Example, I checked my bank balance at work. I don't want my login information anyplace, anywhere, anyhow.

Installs to desktop or in rubbish bin or from right click on file.
Not sure if it can be made portable...
The Gurus here probably can.

Cleaning tracks

For cleaning up tracks, might try "IE Privacy Keeper" ("Take Along" version).

CyberShredder is portable

CyberShredder is portable and uses 7 passes (all zeroes, all ones, then 5 random).
