I forgot to mention that this is v3.01-4 of X2GoClient but I cannot edit the post! It triggers SPAM filter somehow!

I get an error trying to connect using this portable version: Connection Failed: 192.168.x.x: ssh_askpass: exec(x2goclient):No such file or directory Host Key verification failed.
I got exactly the same message when I try to connect to my server. Strange thing is, that after installing normal version of x2go I can connect right away. Any solution?
If you take a look at the Soulseek Portable launcher, Prapper was able to implement some code for the launcher to take care of the firewall entries. I think this may be an admin only function, but it might be worth taking a look at.

It is not true. Actually, windows firewall asking the user to allow connections to this services (X,SSHD,PULSE) from network. The user should not allow such connections. X2Go Client make connections to this services only from localhost.

hi everyone
trying to launch x2goclient I have this error!
X2GoClient Portable cannot be started. You may wish to re-install to fix this issue. (ERROR: App\X2GoClient\x2goclient.exe could not be found)
and then nothing happens!
I suppose it is an installation problem but I dont know much about it.
any suggestion?
