About contributions:
I am a very grateful person, and I do recognize the afford and merit of those people who create free programs, not only to run on USB drives, but all kinds of free software.
I use free software like open office, abi word, foxit reader, portable apps, etc. (I have a 1 Mb USB drive fully loaded with all kind of free stuff) I want to contribute with money (not much of course), but in my country is very difficult for common people to access to international payment facilities as “pay pal” or credit cards; so folks like me (maybe hundreds or thousands) CAN NOT contribute.
I think that your system of contributions is designed for rich countries, and you forget the named 3rd world countries (we have some computers to). So, you need to design an international simple system to contribute.
If you open one or several banking accounts in Mexico (open an account in this country is not expensive and it is very easy), people like me will be to be able to contribute. This is only an idea; you can think in other easy ways to contribute with money in 3rd world countries. I will contribute if YOU LET ME DO IT!!!
Note: This document was made possible with the help of “free Lang dictionary” carried in my USB flash drive, because my English is very bad.
Thanks.
Me smells off-shore banking
You don't have to contribute if you don't want to. Plus, if John were to open an account in every 3rd world country... I hate to think.
