hi, I'm new at making themes for the potable apps. I've used it for a few years, and wanted to make a theme of my own, so i tried to follow the guide that i found on another post (http://ptc.kain-planet.de/pap20t-en-2.php). I've been able to make it, but i want to change the button colors. is there a link that has all the different colors? (here's a pic of it: http://img269.imageshack.us/img269/8278/bleachthemea.jpg)
also, how do i get the highlighted program/button on the left to be transparent? right now it shows up white.

I know the download servers at PTC are down, so you can't dl their example.
So I'm guessing that you have just changed the background.png? And you've left the button are transparent in that?
If that's the case, there are 3 options.
You could just fill in the area on the png file with whatever color you want the buttons to be (I'm assuming green)
The other is to change the background color in the patheme.ini file to some shade of green like 009900.
These are html colors. Google for html colors and you'll get lots of charts that can help with that.
The third is to make your own non-transparent buttons.
What files have you currently created, and where are they located?

I took another look at the PTC tutorial, and while it is quite good, it was written for a previous version of 2.0 beta.
The theming system has changed somewhat in this latest beta 5, and I suspect John will tweak it more before the final release of 2.0.
