When I auto update FirefoxPortable 4.0 Beta 3 te Beta 4, it is okay. But once I reboot the computer, when I try to open Firefox, it says, xul.dll not found. 
please help!

If you're using Firefox's own built-in update feature then you will break the portable version. It is not recommended, nor supported for you to use this feature in the portable version.
