[Resolved] Running multiple versions of portable firefox simultaneously

I'm not sure how he does it, but in Germany, there's this guy that releases portable versions of firefox that can run simultaneously with other versions..

[link to illegal software removed by mod JTH]

Would it be possible/simple for future versions here to be tweaked to do likewise??

I would like to run portable 3.6.8 alongside portable version 4 for testing purposes..

or alternatively, is there something i could tweak in your versions, to allow both versions to run side by side???

Already Can

You already can using AllowMultipleInstances. If you check out the readme.txt in Other\Source, it has the full details. You need to copy FirefoxPortable.ini out of there and stick it next to FirefoxPortable.exe and then set AllowMultipleInstances to true. Keep in mind this will result in some non-personal files left behind, though.

I removed the link as the site you linked to is illegally repackaging Firefox without permission from Mozilla.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
