VirtualDubPortable 1.9.10 - installation problem

Hi,

I am having problems with the installation of the VirtualDub Portable's recent update (1.9.10). The executable simply won't start. My system is P4 3.2 MHz, Win XP SP3. Anyone else having the same problem?
