hi nimaid

welcome to PortableApps.com!

When posting, try using the development forum posting layout. This makes it easier for people to know what the app does, and looks nicer for us users.

Thanks!

FontForge - What it is

Sourceforge classifies FontForge as;
FontForge -- An outline font editor that lets you create your own postscript, truetype, opentype, cid-keyed, multi-master, cff, svg and bitmap (bdf, FON, NFNT) fonts, or edit existing ones. Also lets you convert one format to another. FontForge has support for many macintosh font formats.

It's under the BSD license (very similar to the GPL license).

I'll take a look at it and report back.

MALWARE

MALWARE. It tries to execute "xning" or something like it. Take it from two witnesses. This is malware. No FontForge here.

Xming is essentially a

Xming is essentially a stripped down virtual linux that runs on Windows, which FontForge requires to run. It is not malware.

Please ask and/or do some research before crying wolf at a mouse's shadow.
