Hello
I have installed portable photoshop nad some plugins to it. Plugin install some data to "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\" (I have WinXp)
So I need to find suitable folder in photoshop dir to copy this stuff. May be this is %AppData% or %Local AppData%

I doubt you will find an answer for your problem here as your Photoshop Portable is a) not from here, b) most likely illegal and c) a big app which is hard to get working portably.
