I am using the portable google chrome 5 now and i would like to update to chrome 6.
How do I backup the extention , or I change to chrome 6 ,i do need reinstall all extentions again ?

Just install the new Google Chrome Portable over your existing one. And please do it sooner rather than later as v5 is no longer supported.
