When I run locally (using the ini file) I create an event, I close sunbird, then reopen it, and the event is not there. When I make RunLocal=false, there is no problem.
Basically there is a problem with the program running locally, something is wrong in the code.

RunLocally is made for running it from a CD, DVD or other read-only media. It's actually "Live Mode" just not named that in the INI. Nothing is copied back to the device.
