[Fixed] Chrome internal restart not caught

Google Chrome Portable can miss its cleanup if Chrome is restarted as it doesn't have any "is it still running?" check.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to about:labs.
  2. Enable or enable something.
  3. Click "Restart Now".
  4. Chrome restarts but the launcher exits (bad).

Fixed in 9.0.597.94 stable and 10.0.648.45 Dev

This is fixed in 9.0.597.94 stable and 10.0.648.45 dev. Beta get it in their next regular updates. Current users can drop the stable launcher into the beta release to get this fix.

UPDATE: Added dev release
