Seamonkey Hack Question

I hope I can make this understandable. I'm using Seamonkey 2.0.8 on a WinXP box. I need to have a little extra facility with the address book.

When I click on Window - Address Book, I get a display of names in my address book. On the right side, in the lower pane, the Notes field displays. I need to be able to copy and paste the notes field into an e-mail. I do this often, and would love to have a way to do this.

Unfortunately, when I click on that notes field, Windows doesn't shade the area to enable me to copy it. I have to open the record, go to the Notes area, and copy and paste from there.

Not a fatal problem, but enough of a pain to make me wish there were some setting that would allow me to copy the information directly from the opening screen in the address book.

Any ideas would be appreciated. I was given some code to add to a .css file, but although this code worked in Thunderbird, it didn't work for me in Seamonkey.

Thanks for any help you can offer.

Not Us

Asking us won't really help as this isn't a portablization issue, it's about hacking a feature into SeaMonkey manually. I'd suggest asking over at mozillaZine.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
