and i guess 1 folder left

hope there is not sensible data
turn on skype portable SkypePortable.exe and shutdown
checked with process hacker if the process is still active
no the application is closed correctly

i can do it on others pc
i tried to do it

I just installed Skype Portable 5.0.0.152, logged in, fiddled with sound settings and made a call to echo123. I can't reproduce the issues reported here.
Addition: ran it a second time, still no issues.

skype 5 portable works perfectly
the issue happen if you try to import an older (like skype 4) profile/history to skype 5
i mean copy a profile to skype 5
but i installed skype 5 portable without importing/coping an old profile and it 100% portable

on run skype creates two folders called "SkypePM" and "Skype" in %appdata%. skype removes them when empty on unload.
that's not fully portable. my log folders should remain in portable apps folder
This is by design. Some apps, such as Skype, require settings to be in a specific location in order to run, usually %APPDATA%. As the settings are removed on exit, the program IS portable.
