Is anyone working on a portable version of this, or a zipped archive which could be used with Pidgin Portable?
I see Pidgin 2.7.4 is out, by the way.

I know they don't have it on .zip file, but you can surely download "pidgin-microblog-0.3.0.exe" and use a program like 7-zip to "open archive" and extract the files you need; which btw are under the folder $[35]

I did try opening that file with WinZip but it wouldn't open it, so I'm not sure it's actually a self-extracting archive.
I must admit I haven't tried with 7-zip, though.

WinZip can't cope with NSIS installers which are LZMA-compressed - 7-Zip can.

Have now extracted it using 7-zip and placed or replaced the relevant files.
Many thanks to both of you.
