3.1.4 in italian
i can not find it

googled a lot
All open source applications feature here have old version available. Simply go to the download, cancel it, and then navigate to the root application folder in the URL.
In other words for Thunderbird the download link is:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/portableapps/files/Mozilla%20Thunderbird%2C%20P.E./Mozilla%20Thunderbird%2C%20Portable%20Edition%203.1.5/ThunderbirdPortable_3.1.5_English.paf.exe/downloadIf you remove everything after the first "Mozilla Thunderbird" you will get to the root URL where you can find all prior versions:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/portableapps/files/Mozilla%20Thunderbird%2C%20P.E./Note that this is only applicable to open source PortableApps hosted on sourceforge. This doesn't work for non-open-source apps like Skype.

after i clicked on the tag thunderbird but doesn't give me the linl
i clicked view all files , after some minutes ,i guess i got a slow connection
i got We are unable to display the page you requested

You should use 3.1.5. 3.1.4 has known security issues and should no longer be used by anyone.
