Are you requesting a certain application to be made portable?
I don't believe there are any apps for which you request officially released, I also haven't looked in the Beta Testing part of the forum in a while either.

Well im new to this portable apps website but if it is possible to make a specific app portable then my answer to this question is yes.

You have to find the license to the application in which you are requesting, Which I cannot find. It also depends on what the application is written in as well.

There is a dropbox portable at http://wiki.dropbox.com/DropboxAddons/AnotherDropboxPortable
I have not personally used it, but from the comments on the forum it looks like it does the job.
There are a number of "dropbox extensions" etc. at http://wiki.dropbox.com/DropboxAddons that look like they might do what you want.
It amazes me that on the internet you can be anything you want, and yet so many people still choose to be idiots.
