Free SVG diagram portable

Who is interested in charting, recommend running these applications in portable version (which I think would go portableapp integrated)

1) DynamicDrawUsb - (open source - more details here)

2) Dia Portable - (is already in the suite offered portableapp)

3) DBDesigner - zip pakage (for mysql only) (personal i use MySQL Workbench but is not totally free)

4) Blumind is a tiny, powerful tool for creating mind maps and other diagrams (Requirements: .NET Framework 2.0 or higher)
