This is a start

but it REALLY needs documentation and descriptions.
Essentially, it does these things:
1. Creates the directory structure based on the app name
2. Brings up a window with access to some tools
a. A Help.html source code editor
b. An appinfo.ini editor - nice, pretty useful.
c. A Launcher.ini editor - but you need to really understand the launcher first. This is a potentially complex ini file.
d. Links to the download pages for the PortableApps Launcher app, the Portable NSIS app and the PortableApps Installer app. You still need to download and install these in the platform to use them.

This could be a useful tool for people that already know how to make apps. A couple of suggestions:
- Make this a PortableApp.
- Include the PortableApps Compactor, it really compresses apps down and saves a lot of space.
- Instead of links to the download pages of the tools, you should link to the development page that already has these links and also has additional information
https://portableapps.com/development. Add instructions that the developer MUST install these apps.
- Then, have links to launch the tools from the PA Platform, preferably in this order:
i. PA Launcher
ii. PA Compactor
iii. PA Installer.
- Start the Help.html editor with the minimum default code found in other help.html files, and add a link to launch it in your default browser.

I made this half-pony, half-monkey monster to please you.

Logo

It sounds like it has some of the features of a utility I've been working on (and which I'm almost ready to make an alpha release of).

One important point on your thing; you aren't allowed to use and/or modify he PortableApps.com logo or branding; it's trademarked and copyrighted and whatnot and can't be used without permission.

Any possible amendment

What I originally changed the structure of the program

I thought it only facilitated the

Many of us do not know how to make possible a more secure and I did not Dilit week gave a convincing answer has not delivered an easy way to understand

And found many others as well ask the same request

Some have even mocked them and said if you want to explain Bacon video after 1000 years

When I knew it easier than I expected, summed up the whole idea in the program of adjustable

Can't understand

Sorry, I really can't understand any of your comment. What I'm saying is that you'll need to remove the PortableApps.com branding from your program. (Releasing the source code would also be a good thing to do.)
