Portable Network program

Hey guys

Im an admin at school and i would like some kind of program which lets u share files, chat... to other network users. Is there any portable app which lets me do this?? BTW i have an admn user.

i know of one

and im a student who wanted to chat with friends during study period. :D. look up borgchat, it is portable because it doesnt use registy. it is more of a chat room thing, not an IM. of course you can private message. it is very like irc. you can send files too.
