Development Test Page Update

I've done some minor editing on the Development Test Releases page. I've removed the ability to sort since it was slowing the page down quite a lot. The zebra striping is now done via a simple (and fast in the browser) CSS3 rule. That means it won't show up striped in IE but will in Firefox, Chrome and Opera. The end result is that the page will pop right up for all users now.

On the rare occasion you'd like to sort, you can copy and paste the big table into OpenOffice.org Calc and sort based on whatever you want.
