I really like this. Its cleanly portablized (WinXP Sp3 admin) and offers a good set of tools for screenmarking. This comes in handy as I sometimes do tutorials for my staff (at school).
One little remark - you called it BYS Screen Marker Portable. I was a bit puzzled since I had to search my whole app-base for it. The name BYS appears nowhere on this thread and even not on the base app's download page - research shows that the company is called BeamYourScreen (BYS). I didn't pay attention to the installation at first (where the name was written...) so I missed that info.

I think it is quite uncommon to name an app after the developer unless it is part of the name (like IOBit Toolbox). You didn't name ZoomIt after SysInternals...:P
But if you do, please add that info to the description and the .paf-filename.
