mono is a project at c that implemented C# language that you can run software in C# even at Linux. (there is not .net library for sure there!)
mono is an open-source implimentation of the .net runtime and itself needs the mono runtime or .net runtime

The old 'Dev-C++ portable' version has been superseded by this version.
This new version also provides a portable version, but only in a zip file, not in the PAF format. Yet.
Anyway, I'm trying to get the number of downloads of the old 4.9.9.2 version down, and this is one of the sources.
In case you were wondering, I'm the creator of that new version.
