Download problem with FirefoxPortable_3.6.13 on USB Stick, XP on CD

Downloads window is showing Canceled under the file.

(Windows XP not on harddisk, but on BART_PE CD)

No problem with FirefoxPortable_3.5.15 (3.5.16)when modified with about:config:

browser.download.manager.skipWinSecurityPolicyChecks_user_set_boolean_true
