RedNotebook templates not working

Hello,

Templates are not working at all on my computer (defaults or custom).

Win 7 x64

Installation Path : O:\RedNotebook

Known Bug

It's a known bug in RedNotebook. They don't work on my local install either.

into this with the author in meantime a pain in butt workaround is to open a template as if to edit it the copy it and paste it into RedNotebook
