Hello, can someone please advise, when I open and run this (under Options on front App.) I come up with the report and it says Windows finds errors on the "disc" (portable drive) but cannot fix them... as this was done without the /F (fix) parameter. It also says Windows found errors with file system. It says run CHKDSK with F/parameter option to fix these problems. Can I do this and how do I do this? Thank you,

Go to Run, type in this line,
Go to Run, type in this line, and hit enter:
"chkdsk D: /f"
If it asks you whether or not to run it after a reboot, hit "y" to say yes and then reboot.

alternatively
open up my computer go to the usb drive letter right click on it and choose [properties then chhose the tools tab and check for errors
