Workrave is a program that assists in the recovery and prevention of Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI). The program frequently alerts you to take micro-pauses, rest breaks and restricts you to your daily limit.

Start Workrave on Windows Startup

When I select this option, workrave.exe directly run after window startup.

Don't.

We advise users not to allow the portable apps to run at start for this reason. Leave that unchecked.
