Hi.
I keep trying to updae the suite itself but end up just downloading and installing a second, empty updated suite. Is there no way to update the suite and not have to mess around copying all the apps over?

You just have to install the new suite right over the old one. If your old one is in X:/PortableApps/PortableApps, the new one should be installed there too. If you tell us your exact folder layout, we could help you better.
