does somebody knows if a mouse and keyboard recorder exist as portable apps to be able to play the recorded actions on a specific hour and days ?

Sounds like the type of thing you would use AutoHotKey for. You can create an executable file of the actions and then use the Windows Scheduler to run that EXE as you need to.
