Does anyone know a way to make it possible to use a PNG file vs. a JPG file for the launch splash screens?
I've tried to edit the NSI file, and make all instances of .jpg into .png, but that didn't work. Any suggestions?

must be compiled. If you just want to add your own, disable it and download the Splash extension.

the NSI, but the splash screen didn't load. The programs loads as if the is splash screen is disabled.
I actually want to edit the Miranda splash screen, not firefox, hence why the extension will not be suitable.
Maybe i'm doing something wrong, any ideas?
The plugin doesn't support PNGs, so we can't fix that. Try using GIFs or JPEGs.
