Is it possible to reorder the portable apps list, add lines or folders so it's better organised?

The closest you'll get at the moment is to favourite the apps you use regularly, which will make them all appear at the top of the list. Otherwise there currently isn't a way to do this.
A future version has been promised with the ability to categorize your apps, though.
You can rename the apps - they will then order themselves numeroalphabetically.
Also, it's possible to put shortcuts to folders in the left-hand side with the apps. Check my homepage for a mini-app that allows you to put these folders in.
