not sure if it makes sense

this is a dynamic dns service

so you have a software on your stick, signaling to the server of that company your current dynamic ip so all traffic from the world asking the registered website will be directed to the computer you have your stick in just now.

What does happen when you take the stick out?
Who will be routing the ip then and where?
Why you want do something like that? You want have the webserver on the stick? For how long? For whom? It will be kind of very slow I think.
What does happen when you connect your stick inside some network as school, work, cyber cafe etc? Where should the dyndns route the requests to?

then it is useless

because it reports to the server the dynamic ip of the connection where it is located, so can not any use for it to be portable.
If you remove the no-ip software or run it on other computer it will transmit the ip of the network you are connected at that moment.
So if you are at school, it will transmit the public ip of the school network and this is definitely not what you want.
The internal routing to your particular computer will have to be provided by the admin of the network.

Therefore forget all such things, simply not possible.

teamviewer

will expire after long time in continuous usage. It is not meant to switch it on and leave it on all day.
That is the policy of the authors of the teamviewer. They were days when TV switched off after 10mins , now it works longer , but it should not be used for long sessions anyway. If you want use it for some semipermanent set up, then you will have to get full license which is not cheap, I remember abt 1000$.
Bare in mind that this is a service working via their servers only and not just between you and your computer at home.

OK, there are other similar tools dealing with 'remote access' , I have not met one in some kind of portable variety. Many work in similar way. In my previous work, my boss did some evaluation and had some 80 of such tools listed so probably googling might help here.

http://www.nomachine.com/

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/networking/expert/northrup_03ma...

http://www.netviewer.com/en/

http://www.anyplace-control.com/

some companies sell even an usb stick with some software on it providing remote access service.

so if you search the web, you will find something for you too. Many of the solutions work similar like TV, the traffic is routed over their servers and is at the outgoing station behaving like webbrowsing so it will pass all firewalls etc.
