Yes, the Sentinal.vxd file should only get used in Win9x. Everything else is stored in ClamSentinal.ini

To make ClamSentinal portable, change:
UseLocalIniFile=0
to:
UseLocalIniFile=1

Doing so makes ClamSentinal use the ClamSentinal.ini in the same directory.

I am making a launcher and installer that could hopefully be added.
