Can an option be added to the Portable App Platform to auto start programs that I specify? I seem to be starting the same applications on a regular basis with the platform and would like to see something similar to auto start with a computer.

Right click on the Application entry => Start automatically => Done.
I don't know if that is only an option in V2.0 Beta5, though, as I haven't used the stable 1.6 for about a year now...
