XAMPP Lite - no version 1.7.4?

As far as I can find, there is no version 1.7.4 of XAMPP Lite at the time of writing. Version 1.7.3 is still available from the project's SourceForge pages:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/xampp/files/XAMPP%20Windows/1.7.3/

Just a heads-up since the link to apachefriends.org from the PortableApps XAMPP page will only get you the full version 1.7.4.
