Just tried the pidgin portable version, works like a charm so first of all I'd like to thank the PA and Pidgin folks for the WLM alternative (which was a labeled "crosoft PITA").
I was just wondering, I created my own spashscreen (as the default one is a little bit ... not my cup of tea) How do I put mine on the *.exe ?
If you want to see it I'll send it to you, why not put mine in the boot of the *.exe

You need to recompile the launcher with your custom splash. Or you can just disable it using the INI file (check the readme.txt in Other\Source for details).
Thank you for the answer, but I'm not that skilled (to recompile the launcher) I'm just a graphic designer who tried to customize his Pidgin Portable 
but the process is not part of my skills so I'll stay with the default. I though we just have to delete the default and put the new in the other\source folder but it's more complicated than that ...
EDIT : So i'm looking for (why not) a personn able to recompile my launcher with my splash screen (and offer the splashscreen and a beer for the work ! lol)
EDIT 2 : if recompiled with my own SC, update while erase and put the default again ? or not ?
