Every time my f-Fox port changes drive letters or folders, flash quits working...

Every time my f-Fox port changes drive letters or folders, flash quits working and needs to be reinstalled.

Is the any way around this problem? It wasn't that way with my earlier versions, just f-Fox 3.6.2.
