I'm looking for a freeware or open source screen protractor to use with my image editing programs, in the net I only found an application here http://www.iconico.com/protractor/ but that is a forensic tool and I want something simple just to count angles and nothing more any help will be appreciated.

PicPick has a tool to measure an angel. Prapper dropped support for portabilization since the installer included changing toolbars (Ask etc.) formerly and therefore was too much work to exclude with every update.
Since it is an online installer, it is difficult to install now as the download file doesn't match the checksum. You could extract the base apps installer and put the files in the app directory. Maybe prapper could post a version that has md5 disabled if you ask.
