It doesn't look to me like this offers anything that KeePass doesn't offer, except a small degree of simplicity, and it's heavier than KeePass (depends on JRE) and won't look as good. Try KeePass.

Keepass is available for linux as keepassx, they are compatible. You can get keepass for android. You can use keepassx on mac as well.
