You'll need to be more specific about it. Simply saying it won't run doesn't help anyone help you.
Have you tried:
* Re-installing it?
* Re-downloading it then re-installing it?
If you have and it still won't work, let us know what version of Windows you are using, any error messages that appear, and to the best you can describe (without being too over-the-top) exactly what happens when you try to run it. Then someone can hopefully help you figure out what is going wrong.

Don't work. Nothing happens, when i try to run it - FrhedPortable.exe (PortableApps.com Launcher). No error, nothing.
WinXP SP2.
Did you try completely deleting the FrhedPortable folder before re-installing it? What is the install path? Sometimes long paths or paths with spaces confuse programs.
I am also running XP SP2, and it works fine for me. Just downloaded it to test it out.

Yes, i've tried deleting folder, old paf, and more. I've changed install path - C/D etc..., but work only new FrhedPortable.exe (from FrhedPortable_1.6.0_Rev_2.paf.exe).

I've fixed this in revision 2 by including the proper runtime DLLs that may not be installed on some Windows XP and Windows 2000 machines.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
